Condolence From: Brandee Wallace
Condolence: The world just isn’t as bright without the light that Jen held inside now that she is gone. And although she also had a darkness inside of her that one close to her could not help but to see, I will always remember the good times and the laughter that her and I shared over they years from years ago, starting when we were just young preteenagers.
We were able to reconnect in person only a handful of times after high school when I moved to another province, sharing more good times and laughter, just as we had when we were kids.
Unfortunately, the last time she came to stay with me, my kids and I recently had just tragically lost their father; Jen wanted to be there to help us through our dark days but as it turned out, Jen was not able to escape her own darkness at that time. As much as I would have loved to do more to help her, I was in no position to give her all that she needed and so regrettably she returned back home after a fallout we had.
I am saddened to say that we did not have the chance to make full amends with one another before I was informed that she had passed.
I can only take some comfort in knowing that Jen is now able to see and know that I loved her and that I only wanted her to be healthy and happy.
May she may now be free from the darkness she struggled with and can truly shine with all the light that she was and is.
My most sincere condolences for Patti and the rest of Jens family and all her of her other friends and those who she knew and loved her like I did.
