Condolence: I am so sorry and saddened to hear of Wilma’s passing, we met after Doug’s passing ( through homecare ) and kept in touch after she moved to Riverheights Terrace. We enjoyed Xmas craft sales and going for lunch. And she always knew I would show up with gingersnaps and bran muffins ( her recipe ), Wilma was a lovely, dear lady who will be truly missed ❤️

Condolence: Memories of Wilma are of a warm smile and a thoughtful and kind friend. I was so happy that Doug had Wilma in his life. Wilma was a good friend to my Mom and always went out of her way to make my Mom feel special, especially these last few years.
I will miss seeing her when I return for visits to Brandon and Clear Lake.
May she rest in peace.

Condolence: My condolences to the entire family. I was a frequent guest of Wilma's many years ago both in Brandon and at Clear Lake and greatly appreciated her hospitality and lively conversation.

Condolence From: Helen Gillespie
Condolence: Wilma was my aunt (her older sister Bettina was my mother). She loved and embraced us (all 6, especially David) and we returned her love. She and Doug created such a warm welcoming place for us when we visited or moved through east to west Canada. It is extraordinary to me that her friends just stepped up - with kindness and caring these past years (after Doug's passing) - she loved to lunch. I met many of her friends - and of course Phyllis & Gordon Lawson. A life well-lived, with lots of smiles. So, while this is a tribute to Wilma, it is also a tribute to her friends and adopted families.
