FAAS: Jacobus Pieter "Jake", age 82 years, beloved husband of Marie, passed away at the Brandon Regional Health Centre on Monday, November 27, 2017. The Celebration of Jake's Life took place at Memories Chapel, on Saturday, December 2, 2017. Donations in memory of Jake may be made to a charity of choice. Complete obituary information will follow.
